breastfeeding and balance diet.. avoid too much sweet and carbs. light- moderate exercise will help. don't go overboard sa pag di-diet. need Ng katawan Ng nutrients para mag heal.. sustain mo lng Yung tamang pag Kain. liliit din Yan.. pero Kung pre pregnancy Yung liit Ng tiyan hanap mo. it will take time pa dahil nag heheal ka plang at Hindi pa Pwede Yung mabigat na exercise.
