Mas nakakatagal ng labor ung stress mommy. Take it easy, trust your midwife or OB, usually pag kabuwanan mo na every week na ang check up, they will take the necessary actions in case hindi mag jump start labor mo on it's own. Makakatulong yung walking at squats para mahila ng gravity si baby pababa.
