SAkin po ginawa ko more water . tapos yakult kumaen po ako Ng Isang beses na hinog na papaya . tapos small meal.lang po muna
pinag diet ako dhil jan.. twice a week lang ang meat.. ang rice 1cup per meal. and more on fish, veggies and water.
kain po kayo fiber foods, like leafy vegetables. watermelon, papaya, and more water po. 😊
ako yakult lang po iniinom ko everyday kasi sobrang hirap ko mag poop po
