18 mo barely drinking 100 ml of fluid a day for close to two months. Any advice

He’s been taking cow milk since one year old, but started refusing it two months Back. Not too worried about milk but water and hydration. Daily less than 100ml fluid for sure

if he's eating 3 meals a day it's normal for him to not want any milk,if not you can try giving cow's milk.
