Depression and Stress

Ade tak ibu yg stress masa pregnancy mcm saya? Currently 19 weeks pregnant dan bekerja sbg healthcare practitioner. Stress sangat rasa nk quit sampai kdg kdg rasa tak nak baby ni. Selalu rasa nk mati.

astaghfirullahhalazim, istighfar sis. Ada org tunggu lama utk dapat baby. mungkin boleh Minta cuti tanpa gaji dulu buat sementara? or story dgn husband u apa yg u Rasa. mungkin Penat sgt tu smpai tahap burnout
