Bahing at sipon

9weeks pregnant po ako.. Bahing ng bahing at may sipon po ako.. may history po ako ng allergic rhinitis,, pede po kaya ako iminom ng anti allergen or kahit decolgen po? Thanks po sa payo in advance

i have allergic rhinitis before & during my pregnancy drinking a lot of water would help and check out your surroundings for dust/molds if you have air filter/purifier use it refrain from using essential oils. But remember before you take ANY medicine always consult your OB/Doctor specially preggy ka pa naman
