my 9m baby do not prefer to drink plain water

my 9m baby do not prefer to drink plain water. she somtimes refused it. anyone having the same issue? any tips that i can use to encourage her to drink more water.

Just give her when not time to drink milk. When she busy to playing, keep offering her plain water or time she want to eat.
