I took an early pregnancy test when I was 4 weeks and it came out negative. I took one again at 5 weeks after my first period and it came out positive.
So far in my experience clear blue has been the most accurate for testing early. The recommendation is to wait at minimum 2 weeks after conception
I would wait for at least one more week before testing. good luck! don't forget to keep us posted ☺
