Refuse to drink milk

My 8months 4weeks old baby girl was down with fever on sat morning, thankfully the fever subsided on Sunday afternoon. From then she started rejecting milk. Knowing something was wrong, I brought her to Paediatrician on Tues and found out that she has ear infection and her throat was slightly red. She has been rejecting milk since Monday. She only drink twice a day. Usually she will drink about 4-5 times a day. But now it's only One at 3am the other at 4pm. But she will finish the solids. She is on 10days antibiotics currently. Does anyone encounter this kind of situation before? Why is she rejecting milk? What can I do? Is it because the milk bottle teat? Pls help!
