8 weeks and 4 days based on the computation from my last period but the ultrasound shows that the size of the baby is 6 weeks and no heartbeat possible po ba ang ganitong cases?

Ako 12 weeks nung first ultrasound ko then may heartbeat baka super liit pa ni baby kaya di pa makikita
