Naku mommy. Make sure na magisa ng maayos at samahan mo ng gulay. May preservatives po kasi ang mga delata.

As much as possible avoid food with preservatives pero kung no choice add some vegetables to your meal.

Maganda rin po na iniinit yung delata tapos haluan ng gulay. Kahit talbos ng kamote para mura lang.

More water nalang po kaysa magutom. Haluan mo nalang ng gulay if meron ka pong mabilhan.😊
