7 weeks pregnant

7 weeks pregnant. Had slight spotting this morning when i woke up. Fresh blood, not too much, only saw it when I wiped tissue after toilet use. Four hours later no more blood. Not even feeling anything unusual other than my sore boobs is not sore today. Doctor appointment is tomorrow morning. Any advice please?
