Hi, my 6mths old LO cries before every nap/bed time. He doesn't know how to self soothe and I have to rock or nurse him to calm him down and sleep. It takes about 30mins or longer each time Is that normal? Is there any ways improve his sleeping habit? Thank you

its okay if he doesnt know how to soothe yet, i still need to rock my baby to sleep and then soothe her tho. because baby feel more comfort w us putting them in our arms.
