Fever + Early pregnancy

4 weeks pregnant. Started running a fever yesterday, max 39.2deg. Went to polyclinic who referred to A&E but they can't do anything, jus take panadol. Covid negative. Any advice? Anyone experience similar issue previously?

ur temp shldnt go beyond 38 degrees. u shld go to kkh a&e if didnt. pls also check with a gynae and make sure embryo is okay
