Is 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant no heartbeat yet is normal?

This is my 3rd pregnancy. My last two was both miscarriage.😢 Really don't have any idea if it's ok for not having the baby's heartbeat at this week. #advicepls

Please contact your OB. And since prone ka sa miscarriage, i advice na magpa check up ka para matutukan ung baby mo. Also, bedrest ka lang kung pwede wag ka kumilos sa bahay or work.
