At 3 months you can still shape her head somewhat. What I was taught was to shape the head every time during feeding, so whilst breastfeeding, i will roll my hand over her head in circles and 'shape' it. Be more deliberate also in laying her on her left side. Each time you see that her head has turned back to the right, adjust it to the left.
