Unidentified beat

35 weeks here, I notice a weird strong heart beat like sound that comes and goes it's been going on since week 32. I'm sure it's not mine nor my baby since it was notice by a midwife too and I was advice to go through ultrasound but they did not find anything during that time maybe because it was not happening. Does anyone know what that is?
