Did OBGYN gave you any advice? As per my OBGYN, one of the ways to increase fetus weight is through high protein diet.

Can try consume chicken essence but ask doctor first if it's safe for you to consume

to be honest sy teringin durian. makan terbyk pulak sbb sedap sgt hahaa pastu scan dr kata baby besar. Dr kata mybe sbb durian tinggi gulaa. terus kena stop. tggu scan 36weeks nti kalau lebih 3.5kg kena serah diri 38weeks. huhu
