CONSTIPATION

Hi.. 31 weeks & 6 days n po ako. Almost 2 weeks na po ako hndi maka-poop. At times may urge pero ayaw talaga lumabas. Im in completely bed rest kase placenta previa totalis ako. preferably i have to poop on bedpan. Last time kac nag-poop aq sa arenola nagbleeding ako. Does anyone here can give any advise or tips on how to poop on bedpan? Any techniques? Struggle is super real. ?

    pano po ginawa mo momsh,nakaa complete bedrest din ako and 1 week na di mkapoop,ayaw ako bigyan ni ob ng laxative..
