Will baby grow out of sleep props?

My 3 weeks old has tons of sleep props that my nanny has insisted to introduce, as she does not fall asleep easily - pacifier, carrying, rocking, patting.. will these become long-term? I am concerned I can’t wean baby off in future

I think hard to wean off but at this age 0-1yrs old should just try anything that ur bby likes. eg mine can only sleep to carrying + shh + butt patting.
