Infant keep crying non stop

My 3 weeks newborn keep crying non stop during midnight even after drinking milk 120ml, changing diapers etc .. It been 2 days .. Any mummys face the same problem as me ? Or any recommendations what should I do ?

Could be colic. Rub oil on tummy and maybe find some colic drops
