3 months pregnant here. Di pa rin nakapag pa check up, okay lang kaya yon. Ferrous sulfate tinetake ko as of now.

samahan nyo pofolic acid po and multivitamins ex. obimin and calcium po. pwede naman po bumili sa mercury kahit wala pa pong reseta
