My 2yo son has developed a red rash (dry reddish skin patch) on his right thigh. He keeps scratching it all day. Is there any home remedy for skin rash?

see a pediatric doctor or a dermatologist specialist. keep one thing in mind...the doctor should not start your kid on steroids based medicine.
