Feeling too exhausted

This is my 2nd pregnancy. I feel too exhausted all the time. Is it normal?

me too.. totally different..akala ko magiging easy ang 2nd pregnancy ko kesa sa una,pero mas feel ko ang pagod,morning sickness,at lost of appetite🤢🤢
