redness around mouth

Hi i am coming 9 weeks preg & recently im having this redness around my mouth.. its not that itchy but its definitely dry and redish - abit off colour from my normal skin... i dont know is it im allergic with darlie toothpaste now or is it my tea tree facial wash? Anybody experience this before during pregnancy? Any creams that i can put? Do u think bio oil will help? Help needed! Thank you.
