New Born With Too Much Of Stretching Body With Noise

Hi, my 20 days old baby boy makes lot of noise like aged people along with stretching body all the time both day and night. He doesn't go to deep sleep. We r not able to sleep coz of that noise he makes every now and then. Please suggest is this common?
