Hi mommy, mas ok po sna kng everyday kau nkakainom, make sure nlng po na healthy foods po iniinom at kinakaim nio. Tska sbhn nio po sa bf nio na importante kumpleto lge ung vitamins nio pra sa baby kc yan pra healthy sia pglabas.

If wala po bawiin nalang sa nutritious food like fruits and veggies pero mas mainam po to take as recommended by OB.

Lagi naman ako kumakain sis gulay simula naubos vitamins ko dipa kase maka bili vitamins tsaka gatas kase diko pa ma contact bf ko till now e
