Sa gatas naman, low or non fat - wag iinom ng powdered. Try to switch from white rice to brown/red rice. Kung kaya, bawasan din kanin at palitan ng gulay. Iwas din sa chocolate, cakes, donuts. No to any sweets. Then switch to foods low in sugar. For example, brown rice, wheat bread, oats and even milk meron pong low in sugar.

i suggest po less carbs to eat. less oily foods, more veggies and fruits.
Try to reduce your sweets and also dont be too restrictive
