using vicks vaporub

Hello 1st time mum here... I just wanna ask if using vicks vaporub is okey? Im 19 weeks and 1 day im always using vicks because of my running nose, cough and headache i didn't take any medicine coz im afraid it will affect the baby.. and always im not feeling well that's im using it.. is it okey momsh? Pwd po,try nyo po mag suob ng maninit na tubig with salt para sa ubo nyo. Then warm water po then rest.
