using vicks vaporub

Hello 1st time mum here... I just wanna ask if using vicks vaporub is okey? Im 19 weeks and 1 day im always using vicks because of my running nose, cough and headache i didn't take any medicine coz im afraid it will affect the baby.. and always im not feeling well that's im using it.. is it okey momsh?
