Its common po na mahirapan matulog pagdating ng 3rd trimester. Bukod sa di kana kumportable halos lahat masakit na sayo. Yunh likod, bewang etc. What you can do po is you can buy maternity pillow that can help you to feel comfortable while laying down. And bawasan din ung gadget 2 hrs before matulog, that really helped me a lot. Ingatan nyo po sarili nyo, God bless!
