Is this heat rash?

Hello all parent, the back of my LO's head and neck has this rashes that im suspecting is heat rash, what can i do to make them better?

Yeah most likely it’s heat rash. It’s quite normal especially the first month. Is there breastmilk available? If yes, you may have a milk bath for your LO. Wipe your LO’s head with a clean wash cloth dipped in cooled boiled water and make sure the environment is not too warm. Wear loose clothings underneath swaddle. It will go away on its own, within a week or two. Sometimes in a few days.

we clean after every feed which is around 2hrs mark but still it doesn't seem to go away. Shall try giving him milk bath 😄

We went to see PD for a similar situation before but she didn't prescribed anything, only asked if we are using Cetaphil lotion. We find that Cetaphil advanced protection cream works well on our little one after rashes develop. Thereafter, applying Cetaphil daily lotion 2-3 times a day prevents from recurring. Applying little breastmilk works wonder too.
