Hi, momshie! I was on the same boat a few months ago. Nag shift ako from white rice to brown rice (pati dami ng rice binawasan ko). Nag exercise rin ako through walking and I made sure na uminom ng at least 2 liters of water every day. Umiwas din ako sa matatamis na pagkain and inumin. Ayun, after ilang weeks, nag normalize naman blood sugar level ko. :)
