ung akin pinaulit sis 120 nlng ung bago pero iwas tlga lahat sa bawal , sweet,soda , and less rice

okay na po naka check up na po ako. Diet at more water po sinabi sakin tsaka iwas sweets hindi na po pinag take med kasi hindi naman daw po sobrang taas basta wag daw po ako pasaway mag diet at more on water daw po.😇
