10 weeks pregnant and hndi talaga ako makatulog laging tulog ko 6am na palagi, tas maggising na ko kinabukasan 3pm na. ok lang ba yun hndi tlga ako mktulog ?

Try to read books before u sleep pra mapagod yung mga mata mu or drink a glass of milk.U can also inform ur ob pra mbigyan ka nya ng vitamins na mkaka help sa pg sleep mu sa gabe.
