pregnancy dreams can't sleep well

Hi am 10 weeks pregnant and am getting very bad dreams always can't sleep well in the night the dreams are like hell very bad dreams and am started blubbering in mid any idea to avoid if any pls help!!!

I am still having vivid and bad dreams now and just entering into my 3rd trimester
