My 1yr old baby don't want to sleep

My 1 yr old daughter nvr sleep in a day but sleep at night with 8 hrs but wake up every 2 to 4hrs sleep at night.. Idk if my baby ok or not bcos my sil daughter sleep 10hrs straight at night and 5hrs in a day total 15hrs, she 12 months only but sleep alot... But my daughter sleep 8hrs total im 24hrs.. My concern that my daughter not taking enough sleep but every time i carry her to sleep she doesn't want... What to do
