Crying badly before sleep

During the day my 12 weeks old baby play well, eat well, naps well. She also sleep very well at night, only wake up when hungry and will sleep back after feeding. However every time wanting to put her to sleep is a challenge, she will cry and cry non stop. Myself and my hubby cannot console her to sleep, only my helper can. However my baby prefer to sleeps with me. Im confused
