My 2 year old is a total Monster when it comes to sleep these days. She wakes up howling every night from 12-2 or 3-5 screaming away I don't want to sleep I want to watch Tayo/Peppa/Video etc. I am at my wits end. What do I do?

Firstly, this is likely phase and it should pass eventually. Does she goes to a childcare during daytime? She probably needs less stimulating stuff during night time. So try not to let her watch too many videos on the smart devices before bedtime, else she will keep asking for more. Instead, you can bring her for a walk nearby your estate or do some puzzle games with her.

Maybe you can offer to tell her a short story instead. My girl loves it when I go “ Once upon a time there was a little girl called “Beatrice” (her name)... then make up some story and end with they live happily every after”. Not sure if it will work but it is worth a try.
