Baby not sleeping

Hello mummies, my 1 month+ baby girl wakes up every hour at night and doesn't sleep much in the day either. She cries alot as she is tired but just cant seem to get to sleep. Why is this happening? #1stimemom #firstbaby

Could she be hungry? Might happen in the early days that she might need to feed little and often especially if breastfeeding and milk supply still being established?

Same here. She is not slping in the day n night. She has been crying alot these few days.
