During 12 months old, your child need to take the first dose of MMR, however you need to delay this jab if your child has allergic reaction to egg, until he turns 18 months old. If you didn't opt for Pneumococcal (PCV) when baby is below 12 months old, you can choose to have the 1st dose of PCV at 12 months old (which only 2 doses required to complete the course). During 12 months, you will need to fill up a screening survey in your child's health booklet Pages 12 to 14 before seeing PD. Growth Monitoring and Developmental Progress Checks: the growth of children will be monitored from birth to four years of age, at regular intervals: -Length/height -Weight -Head circumference -Physical examination by the doctor -Hearing tests -Visual acuity -Screening for squint -Pre-screening developmental questionnaire
