Hello. I will be very frank and share w u what I know and experienced. I gave birth recently - 4months ago, and I feel exactly like u or maybe even more. I gained 25+kg over the whole pregnancy, my baby is normal size and the last few wks Doctor still ask me to eat more as baby not gaining weight enough - I had additional 2 eggs a day. Note that I not the kind who eat more, I eat the same during pregnancy as before, it might have been due to medicines I took I was athletic and model figure before pregnant - so my mirror reflection is a major disturbance to me, and I was seriously overweight (unhealthy fat percentage abt 45%) with water retention too. My best friend who was pregnant and gained a lot like me and gave birth at the same time as me - lost that weight within 2 months frm birth through breast feeding and I was still big. I am very blessed to have the financial means to go to Marie France which has helped me lost 9kg in 2 months. One thing I regretted is all the big rice portion during confinement - so avoid that! Ur body has enough store to make the fat in the milk it needs, especially if u gained quite a bit. There are: - exercise bootcamps - some are under "Herbalife" or other drinks stuff, some are just exercise bootcamp (I am going to a exercise only - u can contact me) - price range abt $15-35/session - swimming is ur best bet now - uses more(almost twice) energy for the same time of workout as compared to running - of Caz those replacement meal, "nice" "healthy" drink like Herbalife and nuskin etc - I personally don't like, but it's up to u It's really a in and out balance maths thing. Breastfeeding may help u slim down but u gota resist the urge to eat more as it makes some pple hungry. U can observe how it works for ur body. Once u are cleared for exercise, go for it. Jog w ur husband. Push stroller for morning walk or after dinner walk. Some people find signing up for a run will motivate them more

I think I’m considered “young” when I became a mom? (I was 24) No money as well so not many things can get fixed. However there really isn’t anything to fix. I gained 18kg during my pregnancy, I’ve never went past 47kg in my entire 20 years of life, imagine how devastated I was when I hit 61kg before I gave birth. I thought I could avoid stretch marks but what’s new? It started appearing at week 38. Nothing changed, except that I put on lots of weight and gained a few stretch marks. I spent 8 months (no dieting, , no exercise, just breastfeeding) to get back to shape (42kg). My stretch marks have lighten and since I’m not a bikini/crop top person, it didn’t affect me much. I forgot which month PP hair loss was at its peak, I was shedding like a husky (I didn’t use any hair loss shampoo or whatsoever since it’s a process I can’t escape), few months after, my hair started growing back on its own. You gave birth to a life, if your husband finds your stretchmark ugly, you probably need to change that dude. I am currently 20 months PP and everything has pretty much went to back to how it was prepregnancy (other than the lighten stretch marks). If I don’t bring my kid, no one will know I have a child cause I don’t look like a mom 😂. Don’t feel negative about your body, you’ve done a great job. Give your body time to heal and go back to how it was. You took 9 months to expand, give it the same time or slightly more to go back. Pamper yourself if you need to. You deserve it! 🫶🏻🙌🏻
