Halo there sissy Just a update (diary) from me for these pass happens. Naturally miscarriage pass 10-days+. Deep heart I still on grieving but in real-life, I have to be “OK & STRONG”. I miss my baby, where I everyday talk to baby and touch my tummy. Day 1 to Day 5, I found out that I have postpartum depression. I feel so hopeless, emptiness, guilt and most important is depressive moods. With my condition of the period blood not come out as normal as other. I more pressure & stress . With blood related family issues added. PRESSURE STRESS was so mess up. Thanks to my in law, neighbors n friends. They all very supportive & take care of me . Especially mom hand pain, she still make delicious food & drinks for me . While I on “pantang for the 10-days”. No words can describe the love from them. Their love who made me positive n ran out from the depression. BEAR IN MIND . postpartum depression not after delivering baby into this world will get BUT miscarriage will get it too. MENTAL HEALTH is SCARY & IMPORTANT to care ! Support from love is important. I call my doctor to check up (read my post about d&c) after completed. Re-visit after 5-days of d&c operation. Doctor said my uterus, ovarian, cervix and everything is very very great . He did mention not to work have sxx 1st while the organ not strong enough for now. After 14 days. I visit TCM (Tradition Chinese Medicine ) for strengthen my energy (qi) & Rejuvenate post surgery . TCM is a good way to recuperate our body from the inside. It takes care of not only the body parts that pain us, but also the overall health issues that may be the root cause of the pain. My doctor open a 10-days tcm powder for twice a day, for me to monitor and gain back my energy (qi). To be mention . TCM are very heaty . Please take pleanty of boiling water to keep yourself hydration to prevent get fever/pimple/redness and etc. Day-1 of TCM , my body can feel heaty and way more energetic than previously. For the time being, Day-5 (half of the tcm) my body is improving a lot. Hello mommy Last Wednesday I was natural miscarriage my potato TT I made an appointment with my private clinic doctor on last Saturday after 4-day of miscarriage to check any tissues are still inside my virginal, because my blood didn’t really come out much as other mommy TT. Why can’t immediately do D&C. Reason is, if we insist want on the day or EMERGENCY . Virginal Cervix will be BROKEN & Couldn’t use in the future . so~ my doctor put the pill into my virginal to loose the muscle at virginal door to ease the procedure for D&C . Normally after 24-hours can do the procedure but because the clinic is off on Sunday, so we doing on Monday. On the evening after the pill, I have very bad cramps and lower back pain. After take x2 panadol active fast with a nap of 2-hours, I feel better. That process just like you want to go period Day-1 . After the pill in my virginal for 12hrs. My blood is way more a lot than previous days. Overall on the day I feel better. Coming on today D&C procedure. Fasting for 12-hours beforehand. Pee as clean as you can. Take off all changing into operation robe. Acknowledge on anesthetic injection (full body sleep). Lying on the bed waiting doctor to give me a shot of anesthetic. There the operation start. Proceed take less than 30-minutes. But my anesthetic still make me so dizzy + nausea after 1.5 hours. My operation was very smooth. Doctor told me everything was clean off. Comeback for scanning next week for follow up checking . Take medication and pantang D&C is to clean out the tissue. On 4/2/23 Saturday morning went to my private hospital OBG with TVU (Transvaginal Ultrasound) & I saw my lil potato heartbeat . Doctor say baby is very healthy. On 7/2/23 Tuesday. Went to Klinik Kesihatan (government) for the appointment of buka buku pink. Therefore I did blood & urine test . Test was good. Went for abdominal Ultrasound, they couldn’t find heartbeat ; so they refer me to hospital on the spot on the day have to go hospital for TVU. Reach hospital do TVU . Doctor couldn’t find heartbeats at all… (I was so confused at that moment) so that , the doctor or Apprentice open a “DISCHARGE NOTE” FINAL DIAGNOSIS “MISSED MISCARRIAGE” with notes for follow up after 2week from the day. On the night it self, I suddenly have brown discharge. On 8/2/23 Wednesday morning, I have very bad constipation. But on the day from 9am til 2pm, I poop 3 times (very smooth). Come to 3pm, I started have lower back bone pain ONLY. At the moment, I thought I wanna go for pee. Once I go into toilet room, my POTATO IS GONE. Toilet bowl full of blood . 1st drop the “blood clot” i put into plastic bag. 2nd drop (in 15min) bigger “blood clot” . I dig my hand into toilet bowls to take out the clot put into plastic bag. My god, it’s so hurt like stabbing x100 :(. Around 5pm reach clinic do abdominal scan. NO MORE POTATO in my womb +_+ (I couldn’t accept this reality). Lastly. Thank you my potato giving us this wonderful opportunity in this very very short moments of 6 weeks 5 days in my womb . Mommy & Daddy will see you soon in the future. Goodbye my potato. Thank You.
