Infant Care Teacher Make Up
Anyone knows if infant care teacher is allowed to apply make up? recently there is a new teacher and she wears a make up daily. i mean its very common kids touch the face of the person carrying him/her. what if my kid touches this teacher’s face and then put her hand into her own mouth?
8.5 months rejecting bottle
i think my LO is teething, the top two. she has been rejecting bottle feed for past few days (on and off) till today (3 apr), she totally reject it. she dont want to open her mouth when i put the teat near. however, she is ok with solid foods (porridge, cereal, fruits, etc). i tried to feed her with spoon, sippy cup and straw bottle, all got rejected. funnny thing was i fed her cereal with the milk she rejected (both bottle and spoon), she has no issue to finish them all. previously when her bottom 2 were teething, she dont display anything like this. very worried as no milk intake and affecting wet diapers. anyone experienced similar episode and can advise how u overcame this? thanks in advance.
LO drinking habit
i am puzzled. i send my LO to infant care from monday to friday. she is able to finish all her milk without fail. however, on weekends, we tried the same amount but is never successful. we even tried to follow the time schedule that the center feeds her. anyone has any experience to share?
Formula Serving Amount
i am abit puzzled. the formula that i am feeding my LO indicates to add 1 scope per 30ml. i want to feed my LO 150ml but after adding in the powder, it became 170ml. in this case, may i know if she is drinking 170ml or 150ml?
Not drinking sufficient?
my girl is 6 weeks old. the first 4 weeks was cared for by nanny and she has no problem finishing her milk. when nanny left, we took over week 5 and she is good. we increase the amount slightly and she drank it all in quite regular intervals. however we experienced difficulties in week 6. she stopped drinking halfway through, fell asleep and reject the milk bottle. initially i found out that we forgot to change to teat to a larger size. after changing, things improved slightly but she is nowhere near her behaviour in week 5. sometimes she is drinking (per interval) less than what she had in week 5. we are puzzled. do we need to change to a different milk bottle with a different teat? yes we understand that the amount of milk intake required against her weight is just an approximate guideline and we dont need to exactly follow it. but now, she seems to be drinking lesser. also, at week 6, do i need to wake her up at night to feed if she dont cue?
