Sesak nafas 27w 5d

Mcm mana ye nk hlgkn sesak nafas time duduk, baring etc? Sy siap beli bantal bentuk U yg untuk maternity tu. Selain dpd itu ada tips apa lg untuk practice teknik pernafasan yg betul? Mengah dibuatnya. 😞😞
