Kailangan magpapawis, umiwas sa salty, fatty and lean meat. Magtakaw ka sa gulay lalo na green leafy vegetable at iwasan ang caffeine - tsaa, kape, milk tea, softdrinks. Yan ang advise sa akin ng bestfriend ko ma doctor.

Im 21 weeks pregnant. Lagi akong gotom , lately nagigising ako ng 2 am or 4am na mahapdi tyan ko. Yong tipong gotom talaga na kanin hinahanap. Ako lang ba ang matakaw? Nag 65kls nako from 60kls a week ago.. huhuhu
