Diastasis Recti and Umbilical Hernia

Hi mommies!! Sino po dito hindi bumalik sa normal yung tyan after pregnancy? Yung sa akin po kasi naka outie pa rin belly button ko and lubog yung surrounding part. Based sa research ko it could be a diastasis recti or umbilical hernia. Anyone who had it what did you do po?

Overheating baby

Hi po. Meron ba dito same case sa LO ko na kapag afternoon or evening nag-iinit yung katawan at very fussy? Wala naman siyang lagnat pero mainit katawan niya. Namumula din siya.Nasa malamig na room naman siya at presko naman damit niya. Ano po kaya ito? #advicepls

Irregular Bowel Movement (Newborn)

Hi po. First time mom here. Yung baby ko turning 3 weeks old na pero hindi siya regularly nagpoop. Kelangan pa namin siya irectal stimulate bago magpoop. Nagstart to nung nagmix feeding na kami kasi nagkaron na ako ng breastmilk pero nung purely formula siya nagpopoop pa siya. Anyone nakaexperience ng ganito? #firstbaby #1stimemom

Matigas na tyan at 31 weeks
