Hi mga mii , ano po kaya ang pwedeng gamit or bilhin na ointment para sa neck rash imbis po kasi na numipis lalong namumula at kumakapal yung nasa leeg nya. Gumamit nako ng Calmoseptine hindi naman po effective :'((

DIET OR ELSE...

Hi mga momshii, 32 weeks po ako and sabi po ni OB ko need ko daw po mag diet or else di ako manonormal kasi mahihirapan daw po ako umanak. Dati akong 67kg pag balik ko kay Doc after 1month 71kg nako😅 #DietTips #help

less rice mommy.. more on ulam po.. if pwede switch to brown rice ka po then less sweets. if kaya mo, no sweets at all. and maya2x ka uminom ng maligamgam na tubig.. do not eat for two kasi ikaw lang po talaga ang mag ggain ng weight mi hehehe

Masakit na Balakang

Hello po mga momshii , I'm currently 31 weeks n' 2 days at sobrang sakit po ng balakang ko minsan hindi na ako makalakad ng maayos kasi everytime na ihahakbang ko yung kanang paa ko para akong maoout of balance sa sakit. Feeling ko parang basag yung buto ko sa balakang😅 #firsttimemom #31weeekspreggy
