Tips minum air gula

Ada tak tips minum air gula tanpa muntah balik. Pls share🥹♥️

Macam saya checkup swasta, masa minum air gula dia ada bagi 1 gelas air kosong juga so boleh selang seli air gula dengan air kosong. Lepastu ada minum air kosong juga tapi sikit jelah, untuk hilangkan loya.
