I have tried so many times with my wife but she is not getting pragnant.

Hi... getting pregnant is not easy indeed. Hope the following can be of some help! Do you know what her menstrual cycle is like? ie. Whether it’s regular every month, how many days in a cycle, when the last period was? There is only a short fertile period each month. Being intimate during this period increases the chance of getting pregnant. The period is dependent on the menstrual cycle (hence the questions above). Also, the sperm count and quality is important. Being intimate many times within a short span of time may not help because the body needs time to produce enough sperms to try to get to the egg. Quality of the sperms are also important so eat/rest well. If you can answer the questions above, I’ll try to see if I can help suggest the possible fertile periods based on your wife’s cycle. If you and your wife can’t conceive after a long time, it may be good to see a doctor that specialises in reproductive medicine.. they’ll help analyse the possible reasons for the difficulty in conceiving, and will advise you accordingly
